OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
30 Day Return Change of Mind Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase under the following conditions.
December Extension of Returns Policy
Orders placed between 27th Nov & 15th Dec have until the 15th Jan 2025 to return as per the below policy.
Full priced items: Full price items (including where a promotional discount code has been used) are eligible for a refund or a store credit, or an exchange on size only.
Sale items: Sale items which have been marked down in price with a strike-through cannot be refunded and are eligible for a store credit only. Our store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used online or in-store.
Final Sale items: All items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for a return, unless the item has been deemed faulty.
Online Warehouse Sale: All items purchased during the Online Warehouse Sale Promo are final sale and are not eligible for a return, unless the item has been deemed faulty.
- Items must be lodged through the Online Portal within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Online returns must be lodged through our Online Returns Portal, and must include your original order number.
- The cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the postage cost. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by the post or courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up the delivery.
- We offer exchanges for size only through our Online Portal. If you would like to return your garment for a different product, you will need to lodge a return and then repurchase the product separately. You will be eligible for a refund on full price merchandise, or a credit note for sale items. Our credit notes are valid for 12 months so you will have plenty of time to re-purchase.
- Online orders can also returned to one of our retail stores (excluding our Fairfield Outlet store). Please take a copy of your order confirmation email with you when you visit our store for a return. We are happy to offer either a refund or an exchange on full price merchandise when you return in-store. Sale items are eligible for a credit note or an exchange when you return in store.
- Orders paid using Zip or Afterpay must be returned to our Online Returns Department as we are unable to process Zip or Afterpay refunds in our stores.
- Any rewards points accumulated on the returned items will be reversed to your account.
- Any expired promotional offers that you received on the original order will not be carried over to your exchange.
- We do accept returns of bras and swimwear purchased online. We understand it can be difficult to choose your style without being able to try it on. All tags must be intact and the hygiene strip must still be in place.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of hosiery, briefs or support shorts for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked FINAL SALE can not be returned, unless deemed faulty. This includes returning for a refund, credit note or exchange.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN?
Yes, the cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the postage cost.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- We offer exchanges for SIZE only through our Online Portal. If you would like to return your garment for a different product, you will need to lodge a return through the portal requesting a refund/credit note and then repurchase the product on a new order. You will be eligible for a refund on full price merchandise, or a credit note for sale items. Our credit notes are valid for 12 months so you will have plenty of time to repurchase.
- We are happy to offer an exchange on full price or sale price items when you return them to one of our physical stores.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM/S?
In-store at RIPE stores – 30 days from the date of purchase.
Online Australia & New Zealand– 30 days from the date of purchase.
Myer Online and The Iconic– please refer to the respective companies' returns policy.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
If your return is applicable for a refund, you will be refunded directly to the original form of payment.
if you purchased using a Gift Card, you will be refunded to a new Gift Card.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If you return an item via post, please allow up to two weeks from the day of postage for your account to be credited to your original payment method. Please allow extra time during sale and promtion times.
If you return an item to a Ripe store, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. For Eftpos transactions, please allow 2-5 business days.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I PURCHASED IT AS PART OF THE DENIM DEAL?
You may return part of the Denim Deal for a refund.
If you request to refund one of the items, you will forfeit your full discount and pay the original full price for the style you choose to keep. You will be refunded the difference between the full price of the highest priced pair and the price you paid for the deal.

I HAVE LOST MY PROOF OF PURCHASE. WHAT DO I DO?
For online orders please reach out to us at hello@ripe.com.au and we can re-send you your email confirmation, or confirm your Order Number.
For instore purchases, please contact the store you purchased from and we can send you a copy of your proof of purchase.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
If your online delivery has arrived and you think you have received a faulty item, please contact our Online Returns Department by email at hello@ripe.com.au as soon as possible.
- Items returned as faulty will be assessed at our head office.
- Faulty items can only be accepted if they are returned clean, with proof of purchase and within a reasonable time after purchase. Please ensure items are washed prior to return.
- If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you but you may be entitled to have the goods repaired, receive a credit note or exchange at our discretion.
