How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 2pm Mon- Fri will be dispatched the same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note that once parcels leave our warehouse, there can be delays with the delivery provider from time to time which are unfortunately out of our control.
Christmas Lodgement Dates for most Australian States
Australia Post are recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery by Christmas (*excludes items sent to Perth and Darwin):
- Parcel Post: Friday 20th December*
- Express Post: Monday 23rd December
* Items sent to Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13th December to be delivered by Christmas.
Sales and promotional event orders
Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
For all orders a signature will be required upon delivery, however parcels can be safe dropped if requested. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this authority to leave delivery method.
I entered my address incorrectly, what do I do?
Please notify us as soon as you realise you have entered an incorrect address and we will try our best to update this prior to your order leaving our warehouse. For orders that have already left our Warehouse, it It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Any additional freight charges arising from returned parcels (for example incorrect address entered at checkout, delivery not collected from Post Office within specified timeframe) will not be refunded.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most places around the world! Import duty and taxes are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
PLEASE NOTE: Rest of World – we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees after an order has been placed for more remote international destinations.
