Where is my order?
If you have ordered online, you will receive regular emails from us regarding the status of your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which includes your tracking number. Please follow the instructions on this email to track the delivery of your order and get an indication of when yor parcel will be delivered. If you have not received this email, please check your email junk folder as they aften end up in there. If you still can't find one, please get in touch and we can follow this up for you.
How can I return my order?
Please visit our Returns Page for full details on our returns policy, and details on how to return your order.
When will my return be processed?
Please allow 5 working days from the day that your parcel was returned back to us for your return to be processed.
Once it has been processed by the Online Team, you will receive an email confirming that it is complete.
My VIP discount isn't working.
Your VIP status will be applied to your account within 7 business days.
If you haven't activated your online account yet, an email will be sent with a link to do this.
Your VIP status will then be linked to your account and your discount will automatically apply to your order at Checkout.
