Ripe online offers several Buy Now, Pay Later options for our customers Australia wide. These are only available on our online store and not in our stores at this stage.

Quick account setup: Download the app then go through a quick eligibility assessment.
Accepted online only: Make your purchase today online and split your payments into four equal fortnightly installments.
At the checkout, select Afterpay as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Afterpay portal to confirm your payment details before returning back to our site for your order confirmation.
If you return goods that were paid using Afterpay, your Afterpay account will be credited with the agreed refund amount.

- All Afterpay & Zip Pay orders must be returned to our Online Returns Department as we are unable to process Zip Pay or Afterpay refunds in our retail boutiques.
- Our standard Returns Policy applies and returns must be lodged through our Online Returns Portal.
- If you have requested a refund, it will be applied to your Zip Pay or Afterpay account. Any payments you have made will be returned to you, and any outstanding payments will be cancelled.
- If you have requested a credit note, you will receive a Ripe gift voucher which can be used to re-purchase either online or in one of our Ripe boutiques.
