We also offer an Express Post option at checkout.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will generally be dispatched the same day, except during promotional periods.

Sales & Promotional Events
During our sale/promotional events, we may take a litte longer to get your order packed and out the door.
Please allow a few extra days for dispatch durng these times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
For all orders a signature will be required upon delivery, however parcels can be safe dropped if requested. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this authority to leave delivery method.
Split Deliveries
Occasionally an item from your order may have to be sourced from one of our retail stores. In this case, these items will incur a slight delay and will be sent directly from store, and you may receive multiple packages.
You will be notified on a separate email for any items sent separately from store.
Delivery Delays & Order Tracking
Please note that once parcels leave our warehouse, there can be delays with the delivery provider from time to time which are unfortunately out of our control.
Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number for your parcel, so you can check the delivery staus if there an unexpected delays. Please visit www.auspost.com.au to track your parcel or use the link provided in your email.
Incorrect Address | Undeliverable Parcels
If you have entered an incorrect address on your order, please notify us immediately and we will try our best to update this prior to your order leaving our warehouse.
For orders that have already left our warehouse, unfortunately we are unable to change the address.
In some cases you may be able to arrange a redirection with Australia Post. Please contact them directly to arrange a redirection.
Any additional freight charges arising from returned parcels (for example incorrect address entered at checkout, or a delivery not collected from the Post Office within specified timeframe) will not be refunded.
